How do I use your product as it was intended?

Clean and shine one panel at a time.

Spray formula X directly onto the cloth when cleaning areas such as, door shuts, grills, and door handles etc. This will avoid Formula X reaching areas the cloth cannot reach!

Always use good quality microfibre cloths or the ones provided with the starter pack.

Do I need to wash my car first?

NO! Just spray the product onto one panel at a time, wipe over with a good quality microfibre cloth which will lift and trap the dirt, leaving the panel ready to be buffed with a second cloth.

Will it scratch the paintwork?

NO! Our product breaks down dirt or grit allowing it to easily lift away from the surface. The microfibre cloth traps these particles, no elbow grease is needed. Allow the product to do the work – it should not feel like a difficult task.

Is it just for cars?

NO! Waterless wash is also great for caravans, bicycles, boats, motorhomes, motorbikes, windows, light aircraft, conservatories and surfaces around the house.

Can I use it in full sunshine or Rain?

When raining, the product will be washed away. Residual rainwater will not affect the performance of Formula X.

Will it clean other surfaces?

YES! Our product works on all painted surfaces , bumpers, plastic trims, glass, alloy wheels, chrome, mirrors, brass, stainless steel, treated wood, light aircraft and the list continues.

Can I reuse the microfibre cloths?

YES! Wash the microfibre cloths in hot water or the washing machine. Avoid using fabric softener.

How many cars can you clean with one bottle?

One bottle should clean 5 to 7 average sized cars. Please note: use sparingly, there is no need to cover every inch of the panel with the product.

Where can the product not be used?

Avoid using the product on the following:

  1. Food preparation surfaces.
  2. Floor or walking surfaces.

How soon after placing my order will my goods be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order the next working day.

My trigger seems to be jammed / not effective, how do I fix this?

Make sure that you have released the trigger spout by turning the nozzle anti-clockwise before using the spray trigger.

If this is already undone but you are struggling to spray simply tighten back up again, pull the hand trigger a few times & then release the nozzle to reset.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE for all orders £29.95 and over. If your order is under £29.95 the cost of delivery is £3.95.

Has my order been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched we will confirm by e-mail.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently do not deliver any of our products internationally. However this is something we are looking to change in the very near future.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled prior to dispatch, please contact us to do so.

What happens after I’ve ordered?

Upon receipt of order and payment, we will confirm by e-mail. Please contact us if you wish to make any changes.

I’ve received the wrong product, what do I do?

How do I unsubscribe from newsletter emails?

Click on unsubscribe at the bottom of the e-mail or newsletter.

Are my personal details secure?

We automatically use a government strength 256 bit secure connection that cannot be decrypted by hackers. When you shop with us online your card details are passed directly to your bank for authorisation and are not stored on our servers.
